Riley Liddell, MS, L/CPO, Licensed and Certified Prosthetist Orthotist, Director of Orthotics and Prosthetics | Lower Extremity O&P Specialist
Riley Liddell earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Human Movement Studies in 2013. With a background in strength and conditioning, he initially pursued physical therapy before shadowing at a Pacific Medical clinic during his sophomore year and changing his career direction to orthotics and prosthetics. He earned his Master of Science in Orthotics and Prosthetics from California State University, Dominguez Hills in 2016 and completed two years of orthotic and prosthetic residency training with a large national provider in Olympia, Washington.
Riley joined Pacific Medical in 2018 as Practice Manager for the Corvallis and Salem, Oregon clinics and was promoted in 2020 to Director of Orthotics and Prosthetics, overseeing the company’s O&P division. He also serves as Pacific Medical’s lower-extremity O&P specialist, providing consultation and clinical support for complex cases across the company’s clinics.
Riley has extensive training, certification, and experience in lower-extremity prosthetics, advanced socket solutions, and microprocessor knee and ankle/foot technologies. He has a strong interest in emerging technology, including 3D design and printing, and believes in exploring new treatment approaches when they can provide an evidence-based, best-practice outcome. His experience has also extended into advanced upper-extremity prosthetics, including integrating Coapt pattern recognition with an Ottobock AxonBus powered prosthetic system.
Riley’s clinical philosophy emphasizes evidence-based practice, objective outcome measures, and treating the patient as a whole. He has worked with multiple hospital systems to develop standardized multidisciplinary pre and postoperative amputation protocols designed to improve continuity of care for patients dealing with limb loss. He also works closely with O&P compliance and reimbursement standards to help ensure clinical practices align with current requirements.
Riley is an NCOPE Residency Director, has served on the board of the California Orthotic and Prosthetic Association, and volunteered for many years with the Challenged Athletes Foundation. He also participated in the 2021 OHSU Invent-a-thon, where his team’s Comfort Socket project earned first place and received grant funding for further development.
Outside of the clinic, Riley enjoys spending time with his wife and son and exploring the outdoors. His interests include bowhunting, golf, gardening and farm-to-table cooking, restoring and modifying vehicles, and woodworking.
Garrett Paxton MS, CPO, Certified Prosthetist Orthotist
Garrett Paxton earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Whitworth University and a Master of Science in Orthotics and Prosthetics from Baylor College of Medicine. During his Baylor residency program, he rotated through multiple practices across the United States.
Garrett enjoys collaborating with other members of the healthcare team to help patients receive high-quality multidisciplinary care. He particularly values supporting people who have recently experienced limb loss through their rehabilitation journey and also enjoys working with pediatric and adult patients who require lower-limb orthotics to improve function.
Garrett worked for a large national provider prior to coming to Pacific Medical and he has volunteered with the Range of Motion Project in Ecuador in 2024.
Garrett was drawn to O&P by a combination of building, problem-solving, and a desire to work in a career that directly benefits people’s health and well-being. After shadowing a clinician during his undergraduate education and seeing the impact O&P could have on a person’s life, he pursued the education and training required to become a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist.
Outside of the clinic, Garrett enjoys spending time with his wife and family, reading, birdwatching, playing board games, and cycling.
Jason Jeffries MS, CPO, Certified Prosthetist Orthotist
Jason Jeffries earned a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Biomechanics and a minor in Biomedical Engineering from Boise State University. He earned a Master of Science in Orthotics and Prosthetics from Loma Linda University and completed his orthotic and prosthetic residency with a west coast based provider in Spokane, Washington. His additional experience includes work with Range of Motion Project in Guatemala in 2018.
Jason’s practice includes lower and upper extremity prosthetics, including transtibial, transfemoral, partial-foot, upper-extremity, myoelectric upper-extremity, partial hand/finger prosthetics, microprocessor knees and ankles/feet, and elevated-vacuum/advanced socket systems. His orthotic practice includes adult and pediatric lower-extremity orthotics, neurological orthotics, AFO/KAFO management, spinal orthotics, cranial remolding orthoses, sports and ligament bracing, trauma/fracture orthotics, and upper-extremity orthotics. He enjoys blending established and newer practices to find the best solution for each patient and enjoys working with patients across all age groups.
While completing his O&P education, Jason volunteered with ROMP, PossAbilities, and Crosswalk Outreach to provide O&P services to underserved communities. After completing his residency with Evergreen O&P in Spokane, he returned home to work in the field.
Jason entered O&P because it combines two of his major interests: helping people and problem-solving. He values helping patients restore mobility and accessibility so they can live their lives more fully.
Outside of the clinic, Jason enjoys rock climbing, hunting, fishing, and hiking local trail systems.
Haley Floen, CFo, Certified Orthotic Fitter, Territory Manager
Haley Floen earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Biomechanics and a minor in Biomedical Engineering from Boise State University and has been a Certified Fitter of Orthotics since 2021. She has a particular interest in acute care and helping patients following severe injuries and amputation. Her background also includes an internship with the Center of Orthotic and Biomechanic Research, where she gained experience studying the forces placed on the body and their relationship to pain and mobility. Haley is the Territory Manager in our Boise, Idaho location.
Outside of the clinic, Haley enjoys spending time with her husband, young son, and two Golden Retrievers. She enjoys trips to the lake, trying new recipes, and watching hockey, baseball, and football.
Tyler Trifiletti, CFo, Certified Orthotic Fitter
Tyler Trifiletti earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Wellness and Nutrition from the University of Dubuque and is a BOC Certified Orthotic Fitter. Before joining Pacific Medical, he spent more than five years working in physical therapy as a strength coach. He enjoys educating patients on the proper use of their braces and helping support them throughout the healing process. A longtime interest in O&P was also influenced by having an uncle who has lived with an amputation for more than 20 years.
Outside of the clinic, Tyler enjoys spending time with his family and young child, camping, fishing, working out, cooking, and being outdoors.
Robin Corbett, Lead Office Administrator
Robin brings approximately five years of healthcare experience along with an extensive background in customer service. Before joining Pacific Medical, she owned and operated a gift store for nine years and previously spent 10 years working in the electronics industry. Her experience as a business owner helped develop the customer-service skills, empathy, and ability to connect with people that she brings to her role at Pacific Medical.
Robin especially enjoys working directly with patients and helping them navigate paperwork, insurance, appointments, and other aspects of their care. She values the relationships she develops with patients and strives to make everyone who enters the clinic feel welcomed, respected, and cared for.
Robin’s introduction to O&P came through her daughter, Haley, who encouraged her to join the field. Working together has given Robin the opportunity not only to learn about orthotics and prosthetics but also to see her daughter grow within her profession. The experience has inspired Robin to provide the best support she can to patients and her fellow team members.
As a leader, Robin strives to bring a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for both patients and coworkers. She values being part of a knowledgeable, supportive team and believes that encouragement, empathy, and strong relationships can make the clinic experience better for everyone.
Outside of work, Robin enjoys the outdoors, mountains, hiking, shopping, crafts, and gardening. She also enjoys spending time with her family and especially treasures her newest role as a grandmother.
