Issa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Biology from University of California, Davis. Soon after graduating, Issa started his career with Pacific Medical as a Rehab Associate in SF. He worked his way up to a leadership role in his territory and joined the management team 7 years later as an Area director in 2023.
